美國通過軍援法案支持烏克蘭、以色列以及台灣

台灣駐美代表處：

《本處由衷感謝美國國會再次以具體立法行動落實美國對台「堅若磐石」的安全承諾，以及美國國會對台灣跨黨派的強勁支持。》

美聯邦參、眾兩院分別於美東時間本（4）月20日及23日相繼通過總金額953億美元的「補充撥款法案」（The Supplemental Appropriations Act, H.R. 815），為協助台灣國防安全注入重要財政資源，其中包括提供台灣在內的印太區域國家20億美元「外國軍事融資」（FMF）經費，以及編列19億美元經費供美國防部用以協助強化台灣安全。

駐美國代表處由衷感謝美國國會再次以具體立法行動落實美國對台「堅若磐石」的安全承諾，以及美國國會對台灣跨黨派的強勁支持。台灣將持續堅定推動各項國防改革，提升自我防衛能力，並持續加強與美國等所有理念相近國家緊密合作，共同捍衛以規則為基礎的國際秩序，維護台海及區域的和平、穩定與繁榮。

The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate passed the Supplemental Appropriations Act (H.R. 815) on April 20 and 23 respectively. The Act provides critical financial support for Taiwan’s defense, including US$2 billion in foreign military financing for Indo-Pacific countries, including Taiwan, and US$1.9 billion for the U.S. Department of Defense to support Taiwan.

TECRO deeply appreciates the U.S. Congress for demonstrating its rock-solid security commitment to Taiwan through concrete legislation and its strong bipartisan support. Taiwan will continue to implement defense reform and strengthen its self-defense capabilities, as well as enhance close cooperation with the U.S. and other like-minded nations to jointly safeguard the rules-based international order and preserve peace, stability, and prosperity across the Taiwan Strait and in the region.
